While we were staying nearby at Wilde Manor, we spent some time exploring the stunning grounds of Berry Hill and were completely blown away. The architecture, history, and beautiful Virginia countryside scenery are breathtaking, and the hospitality is wonderful. It makes for a perfect day trip or stopover if you are staying at Wilde Manor and looking to experience more of the local history and charm. Highly recommend checking it out!
My partner and I booked a stay here this past weekend to celebrate my birthday and Valentine’s Day. I’ll start with the positives.
We discovered this property last year after visiting a nearby distillery and I booked our birthday stay well in advance. The grounds are absolutely beautiful — a tree-lined driveway straight that looks straight out of a magazine, scenic hiking trails with old ruins, and true quiet. We walked for miles without seeing anyone....

We went for my wife’s birthday as an overnight get away and spa day for her. I would have loved to give a 100% positive for the occasion.
The good: the spa was absolutely wonderful. Everything was on time and relaxing. The views are great and the room was good. We had an issue with the sink being clogged but maintenance took care of it in the time we ate on site.
