I ordered where I could let them know when I arrived and go straight to the front of the line and still had to stand there for over 10 mins waiting on food that had been ready bc the lady working completely ignored me standing there and kept talking to another customer. She never did serve me, another employee assisted me with a smile“

“Duo store KFC/Taco Bell franchise that was clean, food was served hot and although you didn't get so much as a nod from any other employee, the girl who waited on us was friendly and efficient. Just passing through here, but was pleased with our meal and service.“

10-21-23--Our experience with Papa John's this time left something to be desired. Our cheese pizza was great. Papadias were ok. But the breadsticks were atrocious. They looked like pita bread. They were flat and hard. See picture 14. But they gave them to us anyway. We took them right back. Azijah acted like she did us a favor by remaking them. The second batch was a little better. Please, if you don't care about the quality of the food you serve, consider some other line of work. When you knowingly give customers food that you know is inferior, you just don't care.

Papa John's pizza is usually on point. Pizzas, chicken poppers and garlic knots were good. The Philly cheesesteak Papadia was really good. However, the little tub of marinara in this order was rancid. They might want to check their sauces more often.

4-22-23 Papa John's pizza was great this go 'round. Garlic knots were really good. But we received rancid marinara AGAIN. Someone needs to check the cold holding temperatures...and actually use the information.“
