“Just the smell when I walked in and I knew I would be a repeat customer. Super selection of wings and sauces. When I ordered 10 wings, I got 12... Our big office order had lots of extra food which was great for me so I could try out the different sauces. I'll be back again for sure, don't know if I'm going to try anything else, but with these wings not sure why I would.“

“My friend and I had a delightful lunch experience at a Vietnamese restaurant in the area a while back. Spring rolls were cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and moist interior. Beef pho was warm and full of flavor. We loved the texture of the perfectly grilled squid in the mixed vegetable salad, which was even more delicious with the dipping sauce. The beef was perfectly seasoned and paired well with the rice. The interior decor of the restaurant was lovely, and the large windows let in plenty of sunlight. I highly recommend this place.“

“Please do not anywhere. Stay. There are very rich people around here. They may have bad taste in food ( they think Bonefish Grill and Subway is good). But you'll change all their palettes. “Great place! My experience would not have been so amazing if it wasn’t for Sean the bartender. He is such a great person overall, and he knows exactly what he’s doing behind the bar as well as outside the bar. He is very attentive and socializes with all of his customers. He is such an outgoing person and enjoys talking to his customers. What outstanding service! You dont see many bartenders like Sean as often anymore. (HE BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI EVERR!)“

“I have to say this place is great. Wonderful food, great brews and fantastic service. We have loved coming here at least once a week since they opened. Last night they were very accommodating when our fresh hot pizza decided to commit 'suicide' when it slipped off the table rack. ugh. don't use those racks for your pizza...it could end up on the floor! we will be back. The two bartenders were super friendly and willing to give out advice on where to go locally.The food and drinks were good and all the other patrons were nice. “The Backyard Grill is awesome! I travel to the area often for work and went in last night and had dinner at the bar. I ordered a sirloin which was very tasty, but there are lots of great items on the menu so I will be going back! If you like to sit at the bar, ask for Jason - it was a busy night but I felt like he was my own personal bartender. 5 stars all around!“

“I drove from 45 minutes away to try this restaurant as I heard such great things about it. I love Greek food, and was hoping that it would be worth the drive. I was SO pleasantly surprised that every single dish that I received was better than the last. I had the avgolemono soup, the spicy feta dip & the mixed sampler. every dish had so much flavour and the portions were extremely filling. I truly did not know that Greek cuisine could taste so marvellous. The service was great, I sat at the bar with the bartender. I think his name was Michael. he gave me great recommendations and we had a lovely conversation. I wish I lived closer so that I could visit this restaurant more often, but if I'm ever in the mood to have the best food, I will be making the drive back.“

“I had the Chicken Oranganato with stringbeans and home made potato chips. It was a half chicken cooked with Mediterranean flavoring which was very good. The home made chips were good, and both were hot when brought out. The stringbeans just okY ND did have a garlic taste that over shadowed the stringbeans but it was a large helping of beans which was good. This was a good meal for the price. Our server was good a d prompt with service. My second picture shows what looked like various objects stored and a place where the workers gathered; ma e a curtain here would improve the ambiance.“

“If you have never been here - go. If you were here years ago and it was inconsistent ITS CHANGED. Doug the current owner took a hang out that had a bad kitchen and put processes in place to improve it. The food is now good all the time. Burgers, fish and chips, wings and specials very good. Sub out fries to the steamed veggies - they are amazing. Alcohol is fairly priced. Ample parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Locals are friendly. Web site is updated regularly. They even have Euchre twice a month.“

“Liked the self ordering kiosk. Busy day for a Tuesday where the restaurant area was busy. Had to go up to the bar to get the regular drinks I ordered after waiting for them. The wait for food was about 25 minutes and the bartender forgot to bring me water that I asked for. The bartender was busy with a bigger party and totally forgot about my party of two. Food was good though and I enjoyed the games. I noticed most of the games are a dollar per play which is awesome and allows for more game play with the money spent.“

“My Aunt and I had dinner there Sunday evening and it was excellent. I had the wings (flats only) with the dry rub and they were delicious!! My Aunt had wings with the bbq sauce and she said they also were delicious. I tried a martini with vodka, kahlua and coffee and I will definitely get one again. Our server was Anthony and he was awesome!! Friendly and professional, made sure we had everything we needed. He checked on us periodically and didn't hover. One of the best servers we've had in quite awhile!! And we will definitely ask for him the next time we go there.“

“Mea culpa! Just went to their sister franchise off of Dumfries Road last night and had a good meal with great service and personal attention from management on the floor. Our small group left full and very happy, and Xavier gave us excellent service! That young man deserves a raise! But all this was at the Dumfries/Lake Ridge location. The original 3.star review here was for Bourbon Boulevard (smh) Very sorry, don't know how I messed that up. The photos attached are from Bourbon Boulevard as well. I hope that helps“

“The bartender was so incredible, there was a gentleman sitting at the bar who had some drinks and started to leave without his coat. The bartender (I think his name was Kenny) ran over with his coat and walked him out to the waiting car. The environment was low key and super friendly. We had a whiskey sour, a beer, and chicken fingers with fries for $22.“

“They deserve 5 starts I don’t care what an anyone else has to say. Everyone just likes to complain to complain for the most part. These guys made everything so easy and everyone was so helpful. Treat others how you want to be treated. If you respect everyone there you will be treated with the same upmost respect, great bar and great atmosphere overall will come back for sure“

“My mother and I visited on a very busy Friday evening in February. We sat at a table in the bar area and had Bobby as our server. We shared an order of Old Bay Boneless wings and cheese fries which were both delicious. Bobby made our visit very enjoyable. He was so personable and kind, even when it was very busy. He stayed on top of our orders, had refills ready when we needed them and was just overall the perfect server.“
