“Drive thru guy very sweet“

“Last night I went out for some delicious lemonades, but at that moment they didn’t have any available. They offered me other drink options, and I explained to the guy at the drive-thru window that the only reason I came at 10:00 PM was because I was really craving a lemonade. The guy was very kind and said he would talk to the manager to see how they could fix the situation. She was also very kind and told him to please ask me to wait in the parking lot, that she would prepare the lemonade right then and they would bring it to my car. In less than 5 minutes, the super friendly guy brought me the three lemonades, and they even gave me a dessert as a courtesy. Every time I go, they are very quick and friendly. Thank you so much — you all are amazing!“

“The menu board shows their breakfast platters on plates. They do not have plates , they only have to-go compartment containers. If you ordered scrambled eggs, you get a folded egg served in a styrofoam bowl which nearly impossible to eat. They do not offer honey as a condiment for biscuits. It is all about product presentation and Hardee’s is not doing well in this category. I ordered a buttered biscuit and I got no butter, just a plain biscuit. It is the same in all 5 Fredericksburg area Hardee’s. In Orlando, Florida I ate breakfast nearly everyday for over 20 years with Ms Habercamp the owner of her franchise. They know how to do customer service right. They bring food to your table then chat with you. They even have birthday parties for their regular customers.“

“Had dinner and drinks at the Fredericksburg location Adriana, Jayla, and Taylor the bartenders were so awesome. Such a great vibe had dinner at Firebirds the night before totally underwhelming the bartenders at Park Lane worked in unison and absolutely friendly and engaging with the customers. Those three should actually own the bar. I will definitely be back next time. I travel to Fredericksburg.“

“Came in on a Friday night, as expected was busy, but the hosts Andrea and Kenny were very personable and kind. Andrea helped my son into the step-up booth, and truly was extremely friendly and accommodating, as was Kenny. Our server, Hailey, was one of the best servers my wife and I have had. Great experience and will be back due to the welcoming and helpful employees.“

“We had our office Christmas party here and we were very well received. Devon took excellent care of us and our food was just wonderful. Everyone has a great meal and a good time. And the dogs everywhere touched a few of us especially. Great place and we'll be back!

“We enjoyed our meals at Freddy’s along Rt 17 in Fredericksburg. It was our first visit and Malek explained all that there was to choose from. The large burgers were fabulous with the melted cheese and tasty lean bacon. Their large order of onion rings was the best. The frozen custard was Amazing!!! We tried the vanilla and chocolate, super delicious! We will definitely be returning.“

“While in the area and needing to waste a little time I stopped in for a Blizzard. It’s been many many years since I’ve had a Blizzard, so I was happy to get one again. The young make working the register, Chris was very helpful. I asked what the smallest size was and he showed me the cup. He was friendly too, even thanking me for my business when I left.
The Blizzard was made quickly and I sat in their to eat it. The dining room was clean and very orderly. I even visited the restroom while there and was surprised to see if so clean.

“It's hard to beat the value for money Cook Out offers. The food is great for the prices and you get plenty of options. As far as I can tell, they make your food when you order it so you're not getting garbage that's been sitting in a warmer for unknown intervals.

I've eaten here for years and never once had a bad experience.“

“Just sharing this review in response to Kerry Adkins' post. I was there, right behind her and her husband when she became absolutely irate. It was quite comical at first, but embarrassing to say the least. She was yelling about this event she had to be at and that she paid so much money for this food. It was quite the scene, and the husband was trying to keep his cool and composure. I'd say if you have an event that you have to be at for a certain time, maybe have better planning. Your poor planning is not someone else's fault. Take some accountability. I have three toddlers who have a better temperament.

Overall, I would say that while you were correct in the fact that the food did take a little longer than normal (DQ was pretty busy at dinner time) the way you portrayed yourself in public is what makes you wrong.

By the way, less than a minute after you left and forced your husband to leave for this "event" they brought out your food that you "paid so much money for." Check the photo, right beside my labeled bag that I was waiting on.“
