Auntieannes UPPER LEVEL. Disrespectful staff especially the cashier named Nathalie who doesn't know what customer service Is! I ordered a mini dogs and she told me to wait for 5 minutes, I said Ok, so I waited for 5 minutes after 5 minutes my order is still not ready, 15 minutes later she screamed my order and I went there but she gave my order to the other customer, that order was supposed to be for me and she told me to wait again, I was so mad and disappointed because she knows I was waiting already, I think she forgot about my order because she was talking chitchatting with her co workers, So, i told her I wanna cancel my order and she wasn't listening to me and telling her co workers I am muchacha?! She didn't even say sorry or anything about It, she just told me to wait again for 5 minutes?! Are u kidding me? I have to wait for total of 20 to 30 minutes for two mini dogs? So I spoke with the shift leader and told her to void and give me a refund, she refunded my order but she only voided 1 , I have all the receipt. I will dispute this transaction to my bank and I will never come to this store again, very rude spanish people who doesn't know how to communicate with customers! And please make sure to teach your young staff how to communicate properly and kindly with the customers!

Fast and friendly service for some buttery pretzel bites and lemonade. A favorite guilty pleasure while shopping at the mall.

Mobile apps are great when they serve their intended purpose. However, they can't make up for inattentive and inexperienced staff, sadly. There was a long line for this Auntie Anne's so I placed an order through their mobile app. I even let the cashier know that I had done so and I would be hanging out there until my order was ready. Literally the ENTIRE LINE moved through and placed/received their orders before they bothered to attend to mine, with both the cashier and manager having no idea what was going on. This is the exact opposite of how this should play out, especially now that companies are counting on the efficiency of mobile app orders to reduce their need to hire more staff. So long as mobile orders are executed this way, that goal will continue to elude them. Not going to break down the stars for this one. Bad experience, and I have a feeling this same thing is playing out across a number of locations as Auntie Anne's keeps hyping an app that customers know more about than employees.

Rosi the shift leader is really rude and disrespectful, speaking about customers in Spanish. I stopped by on my lunch break and she spoke about me in Spanish. Luckily I speak Spanish and I replied to her in Spanish. I didn't even want to get the receipt from her I told her I didn't need it because I didn't want anymore of her energy around me. She could've waited until I was gone to speak about me. All I did wrong was ask if there were pepperoni pretzels because I hadn't looked before I asked. When I said oh never mind I'll have the pepperoni pretzel she spoke in Spanish to her coworker/employee saying "she doesn't see the pretzel right in front of her." "It's right there in front." When I spoke to her in Spanish her face turned so red. I don't like her at all.
