Auntieannes UPPER LEVEL. Disrespectful staff especially the cashier named Nathalie who doesn't know what customer service Is! Mobile apps are great when they serve their intended purpose. However, they can't make up for inattentive and inexperienced staff, sadly. There was a long line for this Auntie Anne's so I placed an order through their mobile app. I even let the cashier know that I had done so and I would be hanging out there until my order was ready. Rosi the shift leader is really rude and disrespectful, speaking about customers in Spanish. I stopped by on my lunch break and she spoke about me in Spanish. Luckily I speak Spanish and I replied to her in Spanish. I didn't even want to get the receipt from her I told her I didn't need it because I didn't want anymore of her energy around me.
