The customer service is not good. They have forgotten to include the biscuits with the meals. They sometimes are either out of a particular sauce or will only give you one sauce even if you are buying a family meal (box of chicken for more than one person).
Jackie continued to argue with me about gettting my spicy sauce for my scicy chicken sandwich over and over agin saying it wasn’t possible even through I get it that way at least once a week. Apparently after getting tired of telling me it wasn’t possible over and over she decided that should could but she would have to charge me.
