Really very bad, compared to other POPEYES establishments, the chicken they serve there has no flavor, it is super dry and even the potatoes and rice with brakes are bad.

This by far the worst place to eat and working at this mall in general I’ve never experienced such bad customer service from any place but this place they don’t do no work they sit in your face and talk about you and my sandwich was fried in fish grease that’s a hippa violation so bad it’s just horrible in general they don’t take coupons however you just have to order it online and that could be a simple thing to just explain instead of having an attitude and acting like as the customer I’m bothering them or I’m interrupting a conversation when there the ones who supposed to be at work I won’t eat here no more

The customer service is not good. They have forgotten to include the biscuits with the meals. They sometimes are either out of a particular sauce or will only give you one sauce even if you are buying a family meal (box of chicken for more than one person).

Jackie continued to argue with me about gettting my spicy sauce for my scicy chicken sandwich over and over agin saying it wasn’t possible even through I get it that way at least once a week. Apparently after getting tired of telling me it wasn’t possible over and over she decided that should could but she would have to charge me. Charge me for the sauce I already paid for that comes with the sandwich. It’s just ridiculous. And she was very rude when I asked her anything to explain. I ended up paying for the side sauce because sometimes they drench it with the sauce so bad you can barely eat it. Someone needs to learn customer service skills. It’s ridiculous. Poor young girl at the register was wonderful and embarrassed.

If I can give them 0 I will, this is the most horrible experience I have ever experienced. they don’t speak English not even the manager, she doesn’t have a name tag, and very rude. I don’t think the owner cares about this place as much as the employee.

The youngest employee was doing literally all the front of house work, while her 3 coworkers stood there doing absolutely nothing. I'm just here to pick up an order that's sitting there. They don't acknowledge me, don't fill the drinks for the order, nothing.

Tried to use coupon from ap and dude wouldn’t honor it. When I asked why, he said “we just don’t” while smiling, like he thought it was funny. Well, was going to buy family meal to feed whole family.. spent money at another place instead

If I can give them negative stars I would. Hands down the worse popeyes I’ve ever went to. I stopped by to make an order of mashed potato’s and was told straight up in a rude tone that “they were closed.” I asked what time they closed because it was 7:50pm and I knew they closed at 8:00pm. (All the other restaurants were still serving food) He then told me 8pm and I stated that there were 10 minutes left. He told me they don’t have anymore food as he’s putting away the rest of the food. I asked for the manger and he told me that he was so I asked for his name and he said he wasn’t allowed to tell me. I got very mad at this point because everything he was saying didn’t make any sense and was very uncalled for. Overall he was very unprofessional and rude.

They were out of Mac and Cheese and cookies at 3;30 pm Friday. Manger not capable of anticipating when to cook more food. Waited forever for them to bake biscuits. Never again at this location
