Friendly and courteous service, only thing out of the norm was being asked to pay before the clerk prepared my order. This has never happened before when at Baskin-Robbins. When asked the clerk why, she had no reason. Since I had to add to my order, had to pay twice. Notice that no other customers paid before receiving their order.
