It’s well below freezing and they have employees outside taking orders when there’s an intercom system. At the very least I hope they’re getting hazard pay. Really gross abuse of employees.
We waited almost 30 minutes at the drive thru. and, finally when we received our order, the food was cold and greasy. Lots of people working but their management and working skills were below average. This is sad, at least I know cor sure I will never go back there again. Horrible drive thru place.

Came here this morning for the spicy chicken biscuit meal, which included hashbrownd and a coffee for $7.49. The regular meal is 25 cents cheaper. Store was very clean, and we had no wait in ordering. Service was friendly, and happily gave us the extra ketchup we were seeking, always saying „my pleasure.“ Food was good and hot; the biscuit meal is always a treat when near one of these restaurants!

They are so slow. One of the slowest if not slowest in nova area. Also the operator is cheap. Never get any rewards in the app even though I go to this one the most. Fo here few times a month. Other locations I go few times every few months but still get rewards from there way more often than here.

Horrible! Always missing items whenever I order online
I placed order for pick up the old Hispanic lady did not even say hello acknowledge me and just ignored me standing waiting. Not even a hello? Can I help you? Instead I guess I have to be the worker. She did not allow me to verify my order. It's terrible if chicfile begins to have employees who ruin its reputation. This was disappointing. EVERYONE THERE CONTINUED TALKING AMONGST EACH-OTHER NO ONE GREETED. That was a horrible sight to experience.
