At some point the app wasn’t working to order and called then they picked up and they said can’t take my order…and hang up the phone their customer service team changed very disappointing for Springfield location

Food is fresh and good. You have to catch the attention the drive thru speaker to get service. They will ignore you at the window and talk to each other.

Normally i go the one in burke i was close the area decide go there
The cashier wasn’t paying attention of what i need the mess up my hold order when i decide to say what happen
They told me i have to pay the different when i even repeat the order twice to the guy i ask for coke he was giving me water i was paying $3 for drink and was receiving water
I try to ask like 3 people to help because i do not want to go back and told to cashier i was so me mad and i didnt want to be disrespectful with him and everybody ignoring me like the DT is more important what about people who eat inside so fanilly was another cashier and manager told him i have to pay the different i should ask for refund i will never go back there again

I came thru the drive thru and placed a large breakfast order for me and my family. Once we got home my niece was missing the chicken nuggets of her kids meal and I was missing another item I ordered. We came back 15-20 mins later to get her nuggets and I was met with a very rude manager. She was questioning whether or not my food was actually missing. She said the person who bagged it said she remembers putting it in. I let her know what do I gain by driving back 15 mins to get $3.00 worth of chicken? My niece only got her side and was hungry. She wanted her nuggets from Chick-fil-A and that's the only reason I made the drive back to avoid her being upset. I feel like the person who helped me was very rude and tried to make an assumption about my honesty. I have never had an issue at Chick-fil-A ever. It should have been a simple fix and by the end of it I felt very frustrated with this location. After serveral minutes I just said I will buy another one or you can give me one since I never got it. When it came to my other missing item she offered no solution. You guys say you pride yourself on customer service but, I've had better service at Wendy's and McDonalds.

Not what it used to be. Ten years ago the quality of the employees was much better. Despite having more employees now, they always manage to mishandle our drive-through orders.

Would have contacted customer service but since I requested delivery and the app automatically chose Doordash, I can't contact CFA customer service even though it's a restaurant problem. Almost every time I order from CFA, they get something wrong. Ordered a salad and this time got no dressing. Sure, I'll eat a dry salad (sarcasm). Also, EVERY time I've ordered a cobb salad in the past 6 weeks, they forget the bell peppers. If management sees this, check your people doing expo and make sure they aren't overworked. This shouldn't be a recurring problem.

Ordered through the app and received a customer satisfaction survey. Paused for 30 minutes to tend to family and the survey request timed out. The prompt to take the survey is still visible in the app. When I try to log back on, the survey requests a survey code. The transaction history on the app doesn't give a survey code so there's no way to complete the survey once you are logged out. Corporate is aware of this issue and does nothing to fix it.
Additionally, I was given the wrong topping for a kale crunch salad.

This location CONSISTENTLY forgets items or gives me the wrong items in my order. I don't think I have ever come to this location and they have gotten my order correct.This location always charges for sauces (other locations don't) but I never end up receiving the sauces to begin with. Really disappointed. Dont waste your time at this location.
Chick-fil-A has the best drive thru experience of any fast food places, and the food and shakes are always excellent.
Kid-friendliness: Healthy side options for kids meals. Also, no bizarre or creepy toy items with kid's meals.

Very busy drive thru.. Best to order on the app and pick up. Pick up is usually quick compared to waiting in car or at the drive thru.
