This specific branch of chick-fil-a is my go to place on a regular basis. The staff members are very helpful and friendly, specifically Tyferri H. He is very customer focused, attentive, and addresses me with my name every time he assists me with my order. Not many retail restaurants do that. Tyeferri is surely an asset to Chick-fil-A. Keep up the awesome job team ! Providing extra-ordinary customer service is priceless !
I visit a lot of suburban chickfila locations and this one was okay. This restaurant is better than every other fast food establishment around but it's not a flagship chickfila experience. Perhaps the layout of the location doesn't make it feel particularly welcoming and makes it easy for staff to lose track of customers and mobile orders.
Love Chickfila. This specific location struggles with getting orders correct. I order for a family of five, and they have now failed to include my oldest child’s chicken sandwich 3 times. Caught it once but sometimes get sped up. Only Chickfila that has ever had this issue for me. Check your order before leaving! Frustrated.
