Went to Chick-fil-A and had a pretty disappointing experience. The place was extremely crowded, which I get during peak hours, but my order came out missing the sauce. That’s kind of a big deal when it’s part of what makes the meal. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and things felt rushed. Food was fine overall, but the service and missing items took away from it.
Oddly designed on the inside. The chicken nuggets were noticeablely small. Some of the seats were cramped and jammed right next to another table. The service was good and the workers were generous with the condiments.
We had a LONG day today away from our home, Fredericksburg. Its 9:40pm and my daughter decided she was hungry. We stopped in to get fries and sat down for a quick bite. We decided to sit down, bot thinking they were closing. The employees would have been more than willing to let us sit and eat. We didn't even get dirty looks. I felt bad for them all, but they were nice, respectful and wonderful.
