Standard Chipotle fare. Some days the guac is perfect, other days it's chunks the size of a golf ball. Some days the portions are perfect to the recipe card, other days it's whatever they felt like throwing down. I get take out here because it's convenient and the only Chipotle near home. I'd love to see a return to the quality when this location first opened.

I recently visited Chipotle in Springfield Plaza and unfortunately, my experience with the service was not great. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet I felt rushed while ordering. I had to repeat my order multiple times just to be heard, which was frustrating. I hope they can improve their communication to enhance the overall dining experience.

Employees were there to serve and did so proficiently. I can see where the low scores are coming from but it's what you can expect from an underpaid worker. If I had to deal with the snobby and impatient people that lived in the area, the loudmouth teens that can't seem to find anything more worthwhile than sitting around and conversing in a chipotle. while not getting paid the minimum by the restaurant you would see equally apathy from me. This is definitely a spineless...
