My experience at chipotle was amazing the service was outstanding. And this kind, amazing and sweet young lady named Angely explained to us that the system went out and recommended us to go to another chipotle she was very respectful and calm during the whole situation.

Standard Chipotle fare. Some days the guac is perfect, other days it's chunks the size of a golf ball. Some days the portions are perfect to the recipe card, other days it's whatever they felt like throwing down. I get take out here because it's convenient and the only Chipotle near home. I'd love to see a return to the quality when this location first opened.

I recently visited Chipotle in Springfield Plaza and unfortunately, my experience with the service was not great. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet I felt rushed while ordering. I had to repeat my order multiple times just to be heard, which was frustrating. I hope they can improve their communication to enhance the overall dining experience.
