The service was a bit slow. The host at the counter although nice seemed to not know what was going on. Our server forgot part of our order. When it was time to go we waited what felt like 15 mins just to receive the to-go boxes we asked for a couple of times already.
Thank you Alden for an amazing service and for being so attentive to my family throughout the diner. I highly recommend this Springfield location to everyone to come out and enjoy their amazing food and customer service.
My family are all big fans of Chuys. We went to the original location in Austin for a long time and were very excited to see a location open in VA when we moved here. We eat at this location often and the service and food is always good. That said, I felt the need to post a slightly critical review because there is something wrong with the quality check process for takeout and delivery meals.
