I had the most delicious cold stone ice cream I’ve ever had made by Abrar. She was very knowledgeable about the flavors and gave us great recommendations. She had excellent customer service and knew exactly how to fulfill my pregnancy cravings! We will definitely be back to this location.

This ice cream taste fire, and I ain’t a liar, if you don’t come to this place, then you makin a mistake.

Very bad experience, I ordered online the big size $21, when I went to the store they gave me the small size and I refused to take it because my receipt is for the big one. They said it has nothing to do with them and I need to call customer service, I told them they either have to refund me or they need to give me the size I ordered. I did t understand why they were acting confused, so dumb!

OMG!! This whole experience was just great! Mia took my order, she was just a super friendly girl. She took my order, greeted us, and was just a super positive presence! Ice cream was super yummy too, got a cake batter and it was delectable. My whole family has been impressed with their ice creams there as well. Thanks for such yummy ice cream and thanks to Mia for being so patient and nice!

Abrar was amazing! She greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome right away. She was patient while we chose our flavors and gave great recommendations. The ice cream was perfect, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Cold Stone is lucky to have her!

I had such a great experience at Cold Stone thanks to Abrar! She was so kind, welcoming, and super fast with my order. You can tell she really cares about giving great service. I wasn’t sure what to get, but she gave the best recommendations she clearly knows the menu well! Everything she suggested tasted amazing. I was really looking forward to my order at Cold Stone, but unfortunately, it was not what I expected. I specifically asked for the Cheesecake Fantasy with strawberry graham crackers and peanuts. The toppings were correct, but there was no cheesecake in my order, which was disappointing. I didn't have enough time to go back and exchange it since I had to get back to work.

The customer service was quite strange and a bit awkward. As I was placing my order, the staff member seemed to be giving me weird looks, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. It almost seemed like she was struggling to understand me, but who knows what was going on.

The ice cream itself was still good, but I really wish my order had been correct. Hopefully, next time will be a smoother experience.

Okay but can we talk about how Abrar is the real reason Cold Stone hits different?? 😤 and now I only trust Abrar with my dessert decisions 🫡

The staff is always friendly and engaging, sometimes even singing while they mix your order. The portion sizes are generous, and the combinations are endless, whether you prefer something simple or an over-the-top creation. Plus, their ice cream cakes and shakes are just as delicious!
If you’re looking for a fun and tasty dessert experience, Cold Stone is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!
