Our service provided by Trinity and Jose was HORRID. My fiancé tried to order a "peanut butter awesome sauce." Trinity struggled to understand him, so he walked over to the board and pointed to it for her. She said she understood. She proceeded to make something similar but not what he asked for. After he pointed out the mistake twice, she corrected it. She folded his ice cream into itself once so most of the cup was just plain sweet cream ice cream.
I ordered a strawberry blonde, requesting a change from strawberry ice cream to sweet cream, no whipped topping, extra caramel, and white chocolate chips (as I don't like regular chocolate). I had to tell him twice about the change in ice cream while he was trying to scoop out the ball. After he started adding toppings, I told him the toppings were wrong, but he ignored me. I got strawberries, graham crackers, no caramel, and dark chocolate chips. He didn't mix mine at all, just rolled it up halfheartedly enough to cram it into a waffle bowl that was leaking everywhere. The thing that bothered me the most is that I mentioned three or four times that the toppings were wrong while he was making it, and he just kept going.

Take your business elsewhere if you want to get what you order. We won't be returning.

The manager and the staffs were very polite. They listened keenly to our orders and made sure we we happy with our purchase. Definitely recommended. Coming to this location will meet your expectations.

Last year, I went with a friend on a night in April, and even though the weather was chilly, many people were waiting in line. I enjoyed the meal with my friend and children, but it was disappointing that the chunks of frozen fruit didn't break into pieces, perhaps because it was prepared by a woman. Still, I ordered 3 types and they were all delicious.

I got a cinnamon roll Bliss from Cold Stone, with some Heath bar, red velvet, and cookie dough mixed in! They did a beautiful job on the soft serve the cinnamon roll itself was just heaven and Bliss- cinnamon infused wonderfully throughout the whole concoction- and then they folded in the other stuff so perfectly and evenly throughout my whole got to have it size! They packed everything smartly and gave me more than enough. My mom got the coffee flavored ice cream and that was also delicious! It was such a unique flavor and I just love the service they offer- oh, and the homemade, I believe, waffle cone was so sweet and delicious as well:-). I would definitely eat here again in a heartbeat!!!

The best customer service provided by the owner! They messed up my order the other day so I filed a complaint then I received a phone call from the owner apologizing and saying that he’ll give me 20% off with free mix ins the next time I come. So I went right away (can’t turn down cold stone lol)! I ordered a love it sized ice cream and my husband ordered a like it sized ice cream. By the time our ice creams came to the front, I noticed my ice cream was in a like it size cup. I told her that I ordered a love it size ice cream, she said ok then she just switched my ice cream to a love it cup. When she came back, I asked if she put more ice cream because my ice cream was looking sad af. She said no so I told her if I’m gonna pay more I expect more ice cream. So she went ahead and put one more scoop. When she came back, I asked what about the mix ins? She then looked at me like I had 9 heads on my shoulders. I told her I need to have a LOVE IT size ice cream made the right way. That’s when she rolled her eyes and sprinkled more almonds. When she came back (mind you this is the third time), I asked her what about the strawberries and pineapples? You just sprinkled almond crumbles. Then she said she added more. I said yes you added more almonds but what about the strawberries and pineapples? She rolled her eyes again and said “I added more mix ins”. That’s when I stopped arguing because I knew it wasn’t gonna go anywhere. I contacted the owner right away and thankfully he was still at the store so he was able to see my ice cream and he provided the absolute best customer service. He apologized, had her remake my ice cream and a free size upgrade to gotta have it. Seriously, he’s the only reason why I’m writing this positive review. I really appreciate how he genuinely heard me out and resolved the issue right away. That picture is how my love it sized ice cream was. It’s really a small size ice cream in a medium cup but I’m paying for medium.

Nasty tasting waffle bowls...lacks variety of choices.

The staff greeted me with smiles and were incredibly knowledgeable, suggesting flavors based on my preferences.

I decided on a double scoop with Salted Caramel and Madagascar Vanilla. The Salted Caramel was a delightful mix of sweet and savory, perfectly balanced and absolutely addictive. The Madagascar Vanilla, on the other hand, was a revelation – rich, creamy, and speckled with real vanilla beans, offering a depth of flavor I've never experienced in vanilla ice cream before.

Not only were the flavors beyond compare, but the texture of the ice cream was also perfect—creamy, smooth, and melt-in-your-mouth. It’s clear that Scoop Heaven uses high-quality ingredients and crafts their ice cream with care and passion.

This place is a must-visit for anyone who loves ice cream. It’s a spot where the classic charm of ice cream meets exquisite modern flavors. Scoop Heaven isn’t just a treat; it’s an experience. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

From the dedicated employees who strive towards greatness when assisting each customer to the best of their potential, to the rich, creamy, delivious, luxurious ice cream they serve. I was left in tears…tears of joy after I visited this dessert shop. The owner is an amazing person too! I highly recommend this place. It’s a BANGER. may Allah bless this shop. ❤️
