My husband and I ordered from the buffet on a Wednesday evening. Mon-Thurs it’s $13.99 per person, which is very affordable. Everything was very hot and fresh. My favorites were the goat korma and chana masala. The atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were courteous; they brought fresh, warm naan to our table and it was soft yet crispy with a delicious char. We drove here from Bowie, MD about 35 minutes away, and we’d gladly come back.

I visited Des Perdes Restaurant in Springfield with high expectations based on its reputation, but unfortunately the food did not meet them. The flavors were underwhelming, and some dishes felt lacking in freshness and seasoning. While the atmosphere was decent and the staff was polite, the overall dining experience fell short compared to other restaurants offering similar cuisine. I was hoping for a more authentic and satisfying meal, but it did not quite deliver this time
