I come here often and always buy at least $25 worth of food/drinks. It wouldn’t kill you all to greet your customers and say thank you for your business. I get we all have to work and are busy but the attitudes here are questionable. I’m only giving 4 stars because my orders are always right and they do a great job fulfilling the orders.

If it wasnt for Kenya this place would be getting 1 star. She was running circles around the 2 guys she worked with. This girl deserves to be promoted to manager or find another job cause she works too hard for dunkin.

I’ve been coming here since I moved from San Diego. The only drink I get from Duncan is the Charlie Cole brew. The service is great, but it’s even better with Natasha. She always make sure to verify with you, has great customer service, and really cares and pays attention to detail when it comes to your order. She definitely goes above and beyond for people. My drink isn’t on the menu anymore and I only go to this location out of all Duncan. I’ve been to in Virginia. This...
