Super friendly Location. Mr. Saad was so nice and explained all the drinks to my kids in so much detail! So pleasant. Loved loved the caramel frozen drink..yummy...My kids and i loved the drinks, my bagel was ok and glazed donuts were yummy.
Areas of improvement, only one person on staff is not enough. He was working SUPER HARD, but it is a lot for one person to manage. Drinks.. cleaning..register...Place needed cleaning but can understand given the limitted staffing.
I ordered a box of Joe. No issue, pretty standard. It’s about $28 worth of coffee. They gave me ten cups. I asked for more, they said they did not have permission to give me more cups. Paper cups. After I bought $28 in coffee.
The young lady has a serious customer service issue, she’s extremely rude.

I would've given this place 0 stars if it let me. I ordered online and NOTHING I ordered was what I received. I tried to contact the establishment and no one answered after calling atleast 10xs!!! I asked for a refund for my online order and was told that someone would be contacting me and it's been over a week and still NOTHING! I definitely won't be going back and I definitely don't recommend anyone going there. The management doesn't care about their customers at all!

Last week, I decided to give the Dunkin’ Donuts in Springfield a try, hoping for a quick breakfast and a decent cup of coffee on my way to work. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
First off, the coffee tasted burnt and was lukewarm at best, a far cry from the fresh, piping hot brew I was expecting. It seemed like it had been sitting out for quite a while. Adding insult to injury, my plain bagel was stale and chewy, as if it was from the day before, and the cream cheese packet I was given with it was nearly at room temperature.
I also ordered a couple of their famous donuts, looking forward to what should have been the highlight of the meal. Yet again, I was met with disappointment. The donuts were dry, lacking that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste Dunkin’ Donuts usually delivers. The glaze on one of them was hard and cracked, not the melt-in-your-mouth texture you’d expect.
To top it all off, the service was lackluster. The staff seemed disinterested and hardly acknowledged my presence, making me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer.
I understand that everyone has off days, but the combination of poor food quality and indifferent service made my visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Springfield a forgettable experience. I hope they can turn things around for the better, but until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Drive thru was slow and the girl working the window had a chip on her shoulder. Some kind of attitude for no reason, and they seem to have trouble with any "special" requests made on the Dunkin app based on other reviewers feedback. We ordered oat milk in our tea through the app and was told at the window that they were out of oat milk and almond milk. Fair enough, it happens. But then the girl points to the register screen and rudely tells her coworker "this don't even say oat milk." Is there an issue with your system that is not relaying our special requests through the app to your employees? I strongly urge the operator to provide additional employee training on drive thru efficiency and overall customer service.

I have this Dunkin a lil lower rating the donut was not the normal texture as my usual kind of dried out at this Dunkin. The staff member was even dryer than donut hope she has a better day the Dunkin on Richmond hwy I like better and super friendly. Even when busy.

How does a Dunkin’ Donuts not have donuts at 11:30AM on a Wednesday morning? And when I asked if they will have any soon, they said no.
