Hello,

I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue I have experienced at this location, specifically involving a manager named Sophie or Sophia (I am not completely sure of the spelling).

I regularly order breakfast from this location, including an emu breakfast for myself and a grilled cheese sandwich for my wife. My wife is allergic to American cheese. From the beginning, I explained this and was told that the cheese could not be removed unless I called ahead. I understood and have made an effort to call ahead almost every time to request the sandwich without American cheese.

Unfortunately, today I was in a rush and forgot to call in advance. When I received the sandwich, it contained American cheese. I politely and calmly explained to the manager that my wife is allergic and asked if the sandwich could please be remade. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager spoke to me rudely, made me feel uncomfortable, and told me I would have to pay for another sandwich because they “do not waste food.”

I was not rude at any point during this interaction. I simply asked, respectfully, for a remake due to a serious allergy concern. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially coming from a manager. This is not the first time I have felt uncomfortable interacting with this individual, and this situation has been ongoing for weeks. It feels as though there may be a personal issue, even though all I want is to pick up my food and leave without problems.

I am very disappointed by how this was handled. Food allergies are serious, and customers should be treated with respect. I strongly believe managers should receive better training in customer service, professionalism, and handling allergy-related situations.

I have attached a photo of the manager for identification purposes. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as I would like to continue ordering from this location without feeling disrespected.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this Dunkin location. The last of which included the best tasting breakfast sandwich and hash browns I've ever had at any Dunkin. So shout out to the employees for making great food! Seriously, Dunkin send other managers to this location. It's by far the best and most consistent location for hot breakfast food items. Every item I get there every visit is cooked to the perfect level everytime. Other locations often undercook the egg and hash brown products but the ones here are always perfect.

Super friendly Location. Mr. Saad was so nice and explained all the drinks to my kids in so much detail! So pleasant. Loved loved the caramel frozen drink..yummy...My kids and i loved the drinks, my bagel was ok and glazed donuts were yummy.

Areas of improvement, only one person on staff is not enough. He was working SUPER HARD, but it is a lot for one person to manage. Drinks.. cleaning..register...Place needed cleaning but can understand given the limitted staffing.

I ordered a box of Joe. No issue, pretty standard. It’s about $28 worth of coffee. They gave me ten cups. I asked for more, they said they did not have permission to give me more cups. Paper cups. After I bought $28 in coffee.

I would've given this place 0 stars if it let me. I ordered online and NOTHING I ordered was what I received. I tried to contact the establishment and no one answered after calling atleast 10xs!!! I asked for a refund for my online order and was told that someone would be contacting me and it's been over a week and still NOTHING! I definitely won't be going back and I definitely don't recommend anyone going there. The management doesn't care about their customers at all!

Last week, I decided to give the Dunkin’ Donuts in Springfield a try, hoping for a quick breakfast and a decent cup of coffee on my way to work. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

First off, the coffee tasted burnt and was lukewarm at best, a far cry from the fresh, piping hot brew I was expecting. It seemed like it had been sitting out for quite a while. Adding insult to injury, my plain bagel was stale and chewy, as if it was from the day before, and the cream cheese packet I was given with it was nearly at room temperature.

I also ordered a couple of their famous donuts, looking forward to what should have been the highlight of the meal. Yet again, I was met with disappointment. The donuts were dry, lacking that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste Dunkin’ Donuts usually delivers. The glaze on one of them was hard and cracked, not the melt-in-your-mouth texture you’d expect.

To top it all off, the service was lackluster. The staff seemed disinterested and hardly acknowledged my presence, making me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer.

I understand that everyone has off days, but the combination of poor food quality and indifferent service made my visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Springfield a forgettable experience. I hope they can turn things around for the better, but until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
