My experience today 8-30-2025, was not very good, normal Mike is very welcoming, the new people are a bit slow or not experience needs communication training the bags was dirty with cream cheese messed my sweater. The lox was stale tasted very fishy made my nauseous. Hopefully I don't have food poisoning.

Love the bagels, personal opinion, but they are probably the best big chain. Staff here always seems super eager to help you out and even when very busy I've never had to wait long nor have I ever encountered them being out of a style I want. Always look forward to the stop

I ordered the texas brisket 1 egg and that was the best Texas brisket sandwich l have ever had and l use to be a shift lead at Einstein bagels and he made the sandwich better than l did when l made it for myself. l wish l could thank the guy who made it for me ,but my order was takeout and l was down the highway when l tasted the sandwich. If lm back on that side of Virginia lm definitely stopping in again
