- the breakfast sandwich was honestly not that great, it wasn't the most fresh and didn't have much flavor. The twice baked hash browns were pretty good but for the price you only get a single one. Not worth it.- service was pretty fast and so was the delivery.- prices honestly are too high for the quality of what I got.- I didn't go to this location in person so I don't know much more about it. But I didn't have the greatest first experience here.

On a Sunday at around past 7am went to get 2 dozens bagel for my group meeting and did not check the boxes prior to leaving store. When I got to the meeting venue, realized the bagels does not feel freshly baked at all. I had a great experience with this place ordering in bulk a few years back so I was surprised. What happened to the quality? The bagels (plain & mixed) all felt hard, not like baked just an hour ago. I was very disappointed. Einstein as a specialty bagel place should not slack on the main product that made them famous.

I have been a loyal customer at this particular establishment for more than two decades now. Regardless of whether it is a franchise or a corporate branch, it is imperative to have a highly competent leadership that can effectively guide the team. The operational procedures are consistently not well-structured, ensuring a seamless ordering experience. Furthermore, please note that the dining area is currently unavailable, prompting us to place our orders and collect the food from the counter.

The service goes down and down everyday. Used to stop every morning, but the lack of enthusiasm is horrible. If Michael could work everyday, there probably wouldn’t be any issues. They need a real manager every morning.

NO DINE INI stopped by for a quick bite on the way to the airport, I was in a hurry with my family and we started eating inside the restaurant, on Google Maps it says that dine in is accepted but once we started eating inside the restaurant they told us that we must leave because dine in is not allowed. No where inside the restaurant it says that dine in is not allowed; there are no tables inside but there is a counter and that is where we started eating, one asian man approached us to tell us that dine in is not allowed and he walked away; a few seconds later a black woman came over and insisted that we must leave and I told her that there were no signs posted anywhere and that we were almost done eating and we will leave, but she wouldn't let it go and insisted on having us leave and I told her that we were almost done and almost leaving and if it was that big of a deal to have us thrown out to go ahead a call the police and she said that that was taking it to the extremes and I said you are taking it to the extremes because you cannot leave us alone we are almost done and almost leaving and she walked away and said to her coworkers deny them service next time and few seconds later the asian man started talking pictures of us and my wife told him that he cannot take pictures of children and private people without their consent and that really pissed me off; these people are out of their minds; if dine in is not allowed and if it is such a big deal then make corrections to their Google Maps page and put that dine in is not allowed, print sign and tape them on the counter and on the windows that said that dine in is not allowed, if we saw the signs we would have respected that and we wouldn't have started eating; they approach us when we are half way dining through our meal and start to harass us and and making a big scenes in front of other patrons; these two people are out of their minds; we threw away all our packaging and we were holding the food on our hands and my kids are almost done and they will not let it go; these people are insane.

Only takeout is offered. The cafe location has removed all indoor chairs and tables to prevent customers from remaining on site to enjoy and consume beverages and food after purchase.

this place is fine in terms of bagels (there’s literally no competition so it’s always packed) but y’all need to start cutting your bagel sandwiches in half. that’s like rule #1 for a bagel shop. the hazelnut coffee is good tho. shame that the OJ is just minute maid in cups instead of fresh pressed….NYC, i miss you ?

Like previous reviews - there is ZERO seating inside but ample space and you will be asked to leave if you try to enjoy your meal inside. It’s cold. We’re waiting for an oil change. You seriously won’t let your customers eat a sandwich *standing up at a window bar ledge that hasn’t been wiped down at all* - it just seems lazy. All it would take is wiping down a surface and MAYBE vacuuming a couple times a day. Meanwhile the staff are just standing around behind the counter. What a shame. Go to 7-11 next door instead. They’ll at least let you stay inside.

Don’t go to this franchise. Under the guise of Covid precautions, all tables and chairs have been removed. There is a bar rail in a window (it’s bolted to the floor or I assume it would have been removed too) and if you try to stand and eat, you will be asked to leave. No signage posted regarding this hostile policy. If you ask why, other patrons have said they have been banned and had the staff take photos of them. This morning was a brisk December day, and our car was in the auto shop next door, and we ate our breakfast in the winter wonderland of a major intersection in 40° temperatures. Most expensive breakfast in Springfield in the filthiest building. Straw wrappers and sticky surfaces abound, with thick layers of dust and cobwebs over any hard to reach surface.
