The Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich is actually really good and super flavorful, but it can be sooo oily. I also wish they were more generous with the brisket because sometimes it feels like you’re mostly getting egg, cheese, and bagel with barely any meat ;/ For something called a brisket sandwich, I definitely expect more brisket.

Still really tasty overall, especially when you want a heavier breakfast, but it would be so much better with less grease...

Where to start! I’d first like to say the bagels are incredible. So well put together and delicious. I get the nova lox and all nighter every morning before work. As far as my experience, it is by far one of the best experiences I have had. I want to give a shout out to Michael… after seeing me come in regularly he took the time to learn my name. Now he greets me by name every time I come in and starts making my bagel before I even order. He is so personable...

I love Einsteins... food and service were good and I wouldn't normally do a review but feel compelled to share so change may be considered. I have never been in a more filthy place. The dining room and bathrooms appear to not have been cleaned in a very long time. Definitely lost my appetite...
