I love Einsteins... food and service were good and I wouldn't normally do a review but feel compelled to share so change may be considered. I have never been in a more filthy place. The dining room and bathrooms appear to not have been cleaned in a very long time. Definitely lost my appetite...

Even when there's a lot of people working it's very easy to be ignored. It's weird. Folks doing other jobs don't even acknowledge you're there. And as much as I love the hazelnut coffee it's never available. So I can stand there while the one person working non online orders is busy with others eventually gets free and has to remake the coffee or just deal with it. I get it, online orders are the priority for most places these days, but man. Food...

Came in for a pickup, it was quick and easy to get. The bagel sandwiches we got were good, but we did have some stomach problems later that day. Not sure if it’s from the sandwiches we had, but will probably give them another chance to see!
