Service was good, food just sucks last times I ate 5 guys it was 5 years ago and it was so delicious today I wanted to eat it again and I was absolutely disappointed it was cold and not tasty is you’re near Arlington try Jon’s joint is the best burger you’ll ever have in your life.

Went to this original location and the service was great! Our cashier was so friendly it made the experience much more enjoyable than usual. Of course the food was on point, as always! Had some great quality time with my sister who LOVES burgers. The only small downside was a homeless man came in and stood eating out of the peanut barrell next to us for almost 30min just staring at us, which made it a bit uncomfortable- the staring, not HIM.

Ordered $150 worth of food three of the burgers were incorrect. We immediately called to report the wrong items, as our twins have severe food allergies and nearly ingested ingredients they're allergic to. We were told to come back for a refund we return two days later (as Thanksgiving was the following day) with the receipt and the person the name of the person we spoke with only to be told they'll remake the burgers. This is not only wrong it's disheartening to know my kiddos almost consumed something due to negligence and my money wasn't refunded as 5 guys is very expensive.
