Dry pot, on the other hand, is just as it sounds: dry and served without broth. But make no mistake, serving the pot without the liquid broth detracts not an ounce of flavor. When the pot is served dry, everything inside has already been cooked and sizzled to spicy perfection. The special sauce to go with the dishes contains more than 20 different herbs and spices, all purchased locally. The rich aromas and tender, flavorful meat and veggies mingle harmoniously, and even if your mouth might go numb from the heatwave of Szechuan peppercorns, you still can't help yourself to indulge in the second round.

We heard good things about the place and were on that side of Fairfax county so thought we’d give it a try. We got beef fried rice, hunan chicken, and salty fish and chicken fried rice. The salty fish and chicken fried rice didn’t look appealing but was actually the yummiest of everything. Great meal - especially for those all day dim sum dumpings. Food is great - service sadly not so much but still worth it! Staff is really rude til they give you the bill which is extremely reasonable, they squish you into tables with bars that hit your shins too, tables of 6-10 be mindful of that! Otherwise excellent food just waited awhile for service and again they were ride literally hit my head with plates or elbows from behind without warning. Still love it.lol we all laughed...

Delicious food!

Spicyness levels are well described, but the soup is a little thick. Prices are pretty great!!

Also, there is a little koi fish pond.

We will be coming back!
