We live in the neighborhood and used to love this place. I don’t know if there’s new management or a new chef, but the quality of the food has taken a dive poorly seasons over oily consistently bad the past four or five visits. Order taker is unenthusiastic in orders, always seem to take longer than the time promise. Hope management reads this review and makes some adjustments.

I've been a customer of Hunan Express for many years. Since the change of owners, they no longer offer pork. Chinese food with no pork???? Do not recommend this restaurant. Sad.

I was really hopeful but my general tso's chicken was so bad. Thin bland sauce with not crispy chicken. My "fried" rice looked like some hard rice with soy sauce added and that's it. The chicken wings were fine and my boyfriends beef and broccoli was actually good. It looked really good overall but lacked much flavor.

It is the best Chinese food that there is and bought in other places but since this is not there I recommend it you will not regret it

I ordered Shrimp Chow Fun, Green Beans, Spring Rolls, & Hunan Chicken. My favorites and delicious dishes are Shrimp Chow Fun & Green Beans. Hunan Chicken is my Husband's taste with sour & spicy taste. Spring Rolls need to be improved a little bit in crispiness. Overall take out experience meets quality home-dining experience.

A place that really cares about the customer a mistake was made and not only did they rectify it, but they also compensated me, 10/10 I'd eat here again

I ordered from this place few times before and it was fairly nice, but today I ordered chk lo me in and egg roles and both items were awful, since I m from Woodbridge I couldn’t even go back there, this was one of the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten in my life.Be careful please ???
