This day I picked up a cake that had been ordered since Thursday to pick up on a Saturday..., I left the pickup time when they made me wait almost 45 minutes longer because it wasn't ready..., I still wrote down what I wanted, they didn't even give me the name correct ?not even what I left them written ?it was not the agreed upon photo anyway I did not like the service on my birthday cake,,,, ugly I hope they pay attention to what the client asks for and I left them written. 03/16/2024

We went to eat with my family, I really don't understand why they make HONDUREAN food IF THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE THE CHICKEN RAW, THE COOKER HAS TO CHECK WELL WHAT THE CHICKEN IS BEFORE SERVING IT, THAT'S WHY THE CHICKEN IS PUNISHED BEFORE PUTTING IT TO FRY IN THIS PLACE IT THINKS TO ME THEY ARE VERY BUSY TO MAKE THE FOOD!!!! THE TRUTH THE OWNERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE STAFF..

My friend taught in Tela, a small beach town in Honduras, many years ago. He left with some dubious Spanish skills, and a deep passion for baleadas. When he discovered J and S bakery, he became a regular and is slowly converting all his friends. We've also had the wings, pupusas, tamales, horchata. Their desserts are amazing - flan and tres leches and tons of other options. Don't forget to ask for their salsa picante. Pedí un pollo con tajadas y le dije a la chica que me atendió que si x favor podían dejar las tajadas bien cocidas “TOSTADAS” y me salieron crudas hasta con un sabor amargo??No me gusta hacer este tipo de cosas pero lo hago para que tengan mas cuidado las chicas que cocinan
