My friend taught in Tela, a small beach town in Honduras, many years ago. He left with some dubious Spanish skills, and a deep passion for baleadas. When he discovered J and S bakery, he became a regular and is slowly converting all his friends. We've also had the wings, pupusas, tamales, horchata. This day I picked up a cake that had been ordered since Thursday to pick up on a Saturday..., I left the pickup time when they made me wait almost 45 minutes longer because it wasn't ready..., I still wrote down what I wanted, they didn't even give me the name correct ?not even what I left them written ?it was not the agreed upon photo anyway I did not like the service on my birthday cake,,,, ugly I hope they pay attention to what the client asks for and I left them written. 03/16/2024
