I called the day before I needed a customized cake done and they were impressively accommodating and were able to do exactly what I wanted! They were so easy to communicate with (through text & calls) and were very responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone simply for service.
This day I picked up a cake that had been ordered since Thursday to pick up on a Saturday..., I left the pickup time when they made me wait almost 45 minutes longer because it wasn't ready..., I still wrote down what I wanted, they didn't even give me the name correct ?not even what I left them written ?it was not the agreed upon photo anyway I did not like the service on my birthday cake,,,, ugly I hope they pay attention to what the client asks for and I left them...
