Kanji Sushi AYCE in Springfield is such a great restaurant! For $30.99 plus tax and tip, you get all-you-can-eat sushi and can order anything from the menu. The sushi rolls were amazing — the shrimp tempura roll and Snow Mountain roll were my favorites! 🍣
