Our food was Amazing. Service seemed rushed. We didn't get a chance to enjoy our appetizers before our main dish was served. I feel like our server was being pulled to multiple tables and overwhelmed to provide our table with great service.
Our waitress lizzy was very pleasant and so was her co- worker who was working with her. The food is extremely delicious. My fiancée and I will be returning soon.

The food was excellent when our large group arrived, but unfortunately, they consistently served portions for only half of our party. Moreover, the wait time is incredibly long - our lunch took almost 4 hours! The experience was incredibly frustrating. Although we've been here before, and service was much better. At this point, we're uncertain if we'll return due to this disappointing service.

I haven't been to Maggianos in years. We were at the mall last night and was excited to try it. The food was good and plentiful. We'll be eating on leftovers for the next couple of days. We sat at a table in the bar. I want to give praise to the servers working in the bar (night of 3/30). They were busy making drinks but were still so attentive to us and the other tables in the bar. They made the experience that much better.

Maggianos is pretty good. The server Kelly makes it extra good. Attention to detail, cordial and helpful. We return because of the great service. Celebrated Good Friday here and the selections and desert was spot on. Thanks for the good time.

I truly enjoyed spending time with my son and granddaughter when we went to dinner at Maggiano's. The server was extraordinarily excellent, professional... He was doing the damn thing. We didn't have to look for him we didn't have to wait for anything, and he was on time with everything. Hats off to the chef for my Rigatoni D oh my God it was delicious?, along with a fried calamari and of course Gigi's cake. I will be returning.

Lack of servers, very slow service, the food was not espectacular. Having a coffee took 20 minutes.
I went her on 03/17/24 to celebrate my father birthday. I received my lemon and herb salmon with spinach & a side of angel hair noodles. Well as I began eating I found the longest blonde & brown hair in my food which has had be vomiting. I show it to the waiter she took the hair went to the manager. The manager come over and he apologized asked if I wanted anything else I kept saying no he insisted on so called making it right. I finally gave in and said fine I will take what I ordered to go. The receipt comes out and they’re charging me for the meal and two orders of angel hair noodles. I ask the waiter how y’all charging me and it was hair in my food she says we charging you for the to go order. I ask how if your manager insisted on making it right. She said well you don’t have to pay for one with hair on it and I politely told her I’m not paying for any of it y’all can keep the food. This was yesterday at about 6pm and it’s now 9:51am and my stomach is still uneasy. I still haven’t eating due to me getting nauseous if I think about eating anything. I go there often and this was by far my worst experience EVER. I will not ever return to this location at all and those employees who bring food out need their hair secured.

We were there for a special event. The food was amazing! I don't normally like cheese ravioli, but I could eat theirs all day.Parking: It's in a mall, but also has an exterior entrance, so parking in the mall lot in front of the restaurant is easy.
