We enjoyed our meal and the service was friendly overall. I wanted to share a piece of feedback regarding the payment process. When the credit card terminal was brought to the table, our server asked us individually if it was okay to add a 20% tip before handing the device to us.

Maggiano's at Springfield Town Center provided excellent service for our son's graduation celebration dinner. No issues at all working with the Banquet & Events Team and the staff who worked our event. The food was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this location!!

I went back to this location to celebrate a birthday. The customer service is great but the food service is entirely too slow. I see no reason to go here when there many other restaurants in the area that provide faster service. For me, its not worth going here.

I went to Maggiano's Springfield on Mother's Day with my family.
