Pizza was good but what the hell is this underdeveloped pepper i was super disappointed to see this i bawled my eyes out

Order online last night based off of the photos online got the bacon cheese bread and the Parmesan bites, but when I received the food from delivery, it was basically like a Parmesan chicken Stromboli and the cheese bread was folded in half, and there was a light light light sprinkling a vacant versus the photo, which shows a very good amount of bacon on it, unpleased by the food And misled by the advertising.

Had no issues. Placed the order on the website for pizza, breadsticks, and dessert. Was ready in under 20 minutes and there were no issues with the food. Will order from here again

The new phone automated service is terrible. Takes much longer than talking to someone, but now they connect you to a person after and that person tries to upsell you for everything. I just wanted a cheese pizza, and now that’s become too complicated.

A place where you can find Good pizza

Messed up the order, ate pizza and hour later and they threw away the other pizza, no apologize or nothing to make up for it.

Nice cashier with the long hair, made me feel welcome and at ease!

This particular location seems to get worse over the years. Online order for 2 items, received update that it's ready. One item was never put in the oven. Pizza was bit raw and all the peperoni were 3-4 pieces stuck together. Must be an incredible hulk with thick fingers making my pizza. PS I think they need some staff from the restaurant next door where I picked up some food at same time and were very efficient.

Ordered a pizza with three toppings. Received the equivalent of maybe one topping, if the three are added together. Weak.

Terrible experience. Waited over an hour for food. Called the restaurant and they said it’s on it was. We waited 45 minutes and still no food. We called back and the manager refunded our money. He said he was going to still have it delivered and it never showed up. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely disgusting I asked the lady on the phone to make sure that it’s well done because I have experienced raw pizza in the past and they did the same thing again I spent $50 for some raw doughy pizza eww.

I don't understand, if customers aren't allowed to use the restroom, why have a sign where it specifically says " Customers please feel free to use the restroom at your discretion." ? I simply asked the front counter worker when I was picking up an order for Uber and was told to wait, of I could use the restroom? He then replied that he had to ask the manager who then replied loudly, workers only while smiling like He enjoyed the power of not letting someone use the restroom. I told the front counter person what the sign said and he just shrugged looking uneasu about it. The manager on duty tonight definitley needs corrective action, people can clearly see you smirking and acting like you don't care. There was another customer that eas there that agreed with me, why have a sign that says you can use the restroom if you can't. Plus as Uber drivers we help your business by not having to have delivery drivers take your pizza for you. I usually wouldn't make a big deal about it but definitley was fustrated in how the manager handled the issue. He doesn't even seem like a manager.

This is a store you can count on. Good service, on time and accurate delivery orders. For years I ordered from this location happily. I recently moved and have been having terrible issues with the other location. Its worth going out of my way to do business here.
