Been going to this Peet's for years near the library and the espresso drinks are always great! I like extra shots to sip on over time. That can make a drink bitter (and Peet's is stronger coffee than most anyway) but not with these baristas. Wonderful baristas here who are warm and funny. Really enjoy the "porch" area outside too where you can read/study or just chill, very relaxing space. Always fast service and kindness. Love this Peet's!!!

Service is good overall but can be spotty and cleaniness is a concern. Our barrista was nice but got two aspects of our order wrong on my wife's latte order. He was extremely nice and fixed the order but it was well after my coffee got cold. No big deal but still a consideration. Also, the restroom had fecal matter on a hand bar and that shows how they don’t clean well. So, one star on atmosphere.

Great staff. Music was a bit loud for my taste but also plenty of people talking , so it was probably appropriate.Havana cappuccino is sooo good. Wish we had Peets in NH or Maine!

Coffee tastes great, some of the pictures on the wall (the weird elephant looking thing) should be taken off and changed with something more

Closes at 5pm. All other Peet's in the area close at 6, so I didn't check. Owner or Manager was sitting out front and waited until I tried to open the door before he said anything. Smug attitude, no eye contact. No apology, no kindness or explanation. Seemed pretty irritated that I tried to enter the business. I grew up less than 3 minutes from here, never had a good experience in 30 years. I took a chance to see if I could grab a coffee before class, stupid mistake. Would not recommend.

A nice choice of coffees but the result in cup is average and they only serve in paper cups, which is disappointing for a place marketing itself as a speciality coffee provider. Same for the atmosphere which feels too corporate.

The food and coffee here is great and all the workers are great except this one lady. Every time we have came here she has been extremely rude. She snapped at me and was rushing me with my order and yelled at me. She was like 34 and wears glasses and has short hair. This last time she made my food and their was egg shell in the egg

Had a latte here and it was not even close to the quality of lattes one might get from the Peet’s in Pickett or grand commons. When we complained about it they fixed it (made it worse)

I went in after a long day @ work, and an employee gave me excellent descriptions on each of the sandwiches, and helpful comments on my drink selection. It was a beautiful day so my friend and I sat outside. There is plenty of seating outside and inside which make the coffeeshop very welcoming. A favorite place of mine to go!

This Peets location is open early but closes at 5 pm. They usually are well stocked on the packaged drinks, pastries, and food items. There's spacious seating and a comfortable layout for at least one large party but mostly multiple tables for 2.I've had great baristas provide great, friendly service with my drinks made to order, and I often feel compelled to leave a gratuity because of the consistent quality of service I have received here.Parking can be a challenge at times due to Giant and many other businesses located here.

Haven't been here in almost 7 years because typically starbucks is closer to where I live or where I'm running errands but came here with a friend after walking lake braddock. On a Saturday around 10ish, there was a line and it was pretty full (although 1-2 tables outside, and ~3 tables inside were still available). My friend has the app and you can get points that way. Because of how many people were there and the time we went, we did have to wait a bit for our drinks. There is no drive thru but you can order ahead for pick up in store through the app. In regards to the coffee, I'm not a coffee expert but it tasted pretty standard.

I do really like this Peet’s. I come here frequently for coffee and pastries. The only issue I will say is that there are multiple occasions where this location will close, close early, open late for various issues, credit card system issues, etc. I just tried going this morning, and there were lights off and signs on the doors.Thankfully, there’s a McDonald’s in the same shopping center, so I just went there.

The folks here were perplexed by my order of iced coffee. They insisted that I wanted cold brew, which I did not. Eventually they poured hot coffee over ice and served it to me lukewarm.?
