Poor experience first time they got wrong order and than when I paid and check my bills my order was wrong, I really don’t like their behavior. But yes other branches are doing well.

Please use the recipe from Legends for the Steak and Cheese sub, not the Shah's recipe. Would make this place much better!

This restaurant is quick and professional. The wait staff were very accommodating and respectful.

Put a lock code for your restroom. Outsiders walk straight thru and occupy restroom while customers can't become of a none customer sleeping inside. And for God's sake. I have been visiting this location for the past 2 months. Fix the second restroom..wth u waiting for

On a quick visit to this area, my friends decided to try this restaurant. It was a wonderful and unique experience, and the waffle was the king of the table.
My greetings to all the workers, especially Mr. Muhannad. He welcomed us warmly and welcomed us well.

This specific Shah’s store is insane as its food isn’t taste good and also this store staff is well trained to keep the quantity low my half of box was empty and I would recommend to visit Van Dorn (this happened many times)

It was my first time ordering at this location. and The portions were small. I ordered 2 chicken over rice.
Try the Shah Halal at VAN DORN ST. Their portions are good and they got 4.8 rating too.
Not coming to this location again.

Bait and switch promotion. They had promotion on door dash buy one get one free, yet store employee refused to provide the free item. Will not be coming back here.

I come here often and the food is always great. One time the cucumbers tasted a little off, but the manager Haseeb immediately fixed it. He offered to remake the platter and even added rice at no extra cost. Excellent service — this is why I keep coming back!

I got gyro platters which was ok but the mac and cheese was horrible, my daughter couldn’t take second bite. As per the service,it wasn’t that pleasant as the cashier didn’t seem to have any interest working there.

I love to eat Shah’s and I’ve had it from so many locations… but this location so far has disappointed me twice already, which means I’m never going back here again. The last time we bought two Shah’s halal chicken sandwiches, but they gave us two legend spicy chicken sandwiches instead! Omg it was soooooo salty! Like not edible at all - salty! This time, I decided to stop by to get a Shah’s combo platter because it was on my way home. The staff there were extremely unprofessional, just standing and talking to each other not attentive to us as customers. One of them came out of the bathroom and just started dancing to the Spanish music playing, no care that we were waiting to order. They give too little meat, the food tasted spoiled, the salata was soggy and watery. I hope I don’t get sick. This place needs new staff and training for sure. Goodbye Shah’s of Springfield, you have lost my service.
