visiting hit this starbucks. typical Starbucks. They made my coffee wrong the first time while they were redoing it I heard them say how have 5 of us made this coffee and its still wrong. my coffee isn't anything crazy. this was yesterday. went again today it only took 2 of them to get ut right lol

BEST SERVICE of any Starbucks that I have been to in the Washington, D.C./DMV area! Most especially Barista Eunice who always smiles and offers to help the customers more than most I have seen all over. This is right off of I-95 near the interchange of I-495/95/395 in Springfield, Virginia and within a large strip mall complex. Perfect for a stop over. So, this one sets the standard!

This place looks terribly undermanned. There was food on the floor, crumbs on the table. They had one employee making online orders and another taking them at the register. Maybe 2-3 employees max in the middle fit he day on a Saturday when they clearly need double that.
