It's a Starbucks like many others. If you wanted to pull out your laptop to get a little work done you may have trouble finding a table. It's not the biggest Starbucks but it gets the job done.

The customer here is TERRIBLE .. the barista wasn’t calling out peoples names for their order just placing it on the counter and walking off… I ordered an iced latte but got it hot, when I was trying to get someone’s attention to fix it they all looked around like they didn’t want to deal with it! If I could give this place a -10 I would! Also it takes them awhile to even fix your drinks/food cause everyone’s standing around talking!

after reading other reviews I'm starting to think this starbucks has a huge organization and time management problem. stood in front of the pick up counter for 10 minutes waiting for an order I put in 20 minutes ago before finally asking what was going on, being given the most deadpan attitude and told they didn't have that item???? I can't tell you why on earth they didn't ask me what I was waiting for or cancel the online order if they didn't have that item but whatever cast of characters was working this morning clearly needed some sort of guidance.

There’s no way 3 small teas took longer than 10 minutes, how is it possible for the food to be done first and something so small took over 10 minutes, ridiculous making me late. Regret my $2 tip. That Asian lady decided to leave the easiest for last smh.

Very fast and friendly service! Food & drinks tasted great. A few weird characters hanging around outside but that's normal for the area.Would recommend!

Was there around 11AM. Hardly any customers in the store. The lobby appeared clean, and the staff greeted people when they entered. I was going to get a beverage but decided against it after seeing the condition of the restroom. There was the distinct smell of urine, and the floor around the toilet was wet. Being a former Starbucks partner, I was disappointed in the experience.

I usually order from here, if I order Hr Trad Misto it should have steamed milk but adding the rest of milk from privouse order is not good. I can order a reguler coffee with some milk instead but I like it steamed.
