Was there around 11AM. Hardly any customers in the store. The lobby appeared clean, and the staff greeted people when they entered. I was going to get a beverage but decided against it after seeing the condition of the restroom. There was the distinct smell of urine, and the floor around the toilet was wet. Being a former Starbucks partner, I was disappointed in the experience.
This is NOT a drive-thru Starbucks location. This location is high traffic because it’s next to the Springfield Mall. The traffic lights are super long just in case you’re in a rush.
