I mobile ordered a lavender oat milk matcha before I came. Waited for so long and I asked one of the baristas. They forgot my order and rushed to make it. And when they finished making my drink, they just left there at the counter and didn’t bother to call my name.My drink came out with almost zero lavender foam. I attached the photo. So disappointed. This was the third time that this has happened to me already. I barely write an online review, but this location is so disappointing.

I went to this Starbucks a few months ago and ordered a Venti Mocha Frapp. This is my normal drink and the only one I purchase, so I know how it should taste and look. I ordered one through the mobile app and picked it up inside of the restaurant. I grabbed my drink and noticed it was light tan in color. Typically, these drinks are brown (mocha). I took a sip and did not taste the mocha. I told the barista and she argued with me saying there is mocha in the drink. I told her I didn't taste the mocha and she offered to make a new one. Once she did, she gave me the new drink and it still was light tan. I took another sip and it was the same. After telling her AGAIN, that I did not taste any mocha, she gets an attitude and tells me I need to ask for extra mocha next time and walked away. Newsflash, if you order a drink, you should be able to taste the items included in them, especially mocha. I have never been back to this location since. If this is how the workers treat the customers, I can do without.

picking up deliveries here can be a hit or miss. sometimes, the service will be good, and you will get the order immediately. sometimes, you’ll be waiting 5-10 minutes without help.

This Starbucks is kinda hidden and I went a back way to get there from Costco. Staff is friendly and drink tasted good. However I thought the peppermint cake pop was a little stale. The seating area looked cozy for the winter. As many ppl that were in there it wasn't that loud. Lots of seating outside. Drive through looks tight. Lots of parking due to being in front of a grocery store. If you're going to park in front make sure to back in. I guess they were out of sleeves for hot coffee but why they didn't double cup since it was hot? Overall it was a good stop.

I rarely review businesses and never reviewed Starbucks before. But this location warrants below zero star. I went there today 11/12/23 for the first time. What a mistake! The drive-thru took us 30 minuets or so. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s sloth level energy at this establishment. Waiting after all of that, they gave me the wrong order which I found out after I pulled away. I didn’t have the patience or the time to go back. I thought it would be quick to go through the drive-thru given I had a toddler in the car but was I wrong. My toddler got impatience for being stationary in one place and started screaming. What an experience. If you don’t have 30-45 minutes to waste, don’t go to this Starbucks, and you’re still not guaranteed they get your order right. SB corporate, before you responded with your generic message that you’ve been responding to everyone who complained about the drive-thru wait time, I’ve nothing more to share. Fix this. It looks like a lot of people have complained about this but you keep on responding with AI like responses. Have some respect for customers. I’m surprised this places is open with all their horrible service.

Great Service! Friendly, efficient staff! The coffee tasted Delicious, was hot and delivered to perfection. I enjoy this shop. They are good for the neighborhood. Highly recommended.
