Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has incredibly kind, polite, and friendly staff who provide great customer service. The team at this location is sweet and understanding, going out of their way to help customers. For example, one person forgot their card, and the staff tried their best to accommodate the order. Another customer made a mistake with a mobile app order, and the lady at drive up made the items on the house, which made their day. The service has always been amazing, and the staff know regular customers and their daughter by name. The store itself is very spacious with an open concept and lots of different sorts of seating, including a long table with outlets, leather chairs, and cozy wrap around seating. It is a great place to get work done or meet up and chill with a friend. The coffee is good, and the customer service has always been great.
