I ordered and paid $2 extra for sliced avocado on my turkey sandwich and got smashed guacamole. I ordered Italian herbs and cheese bread and got white. On my bmt, I ordered Italian herbs bread and got white, and had guacamole added when it wasn't ordered. $12 for the bmt and $2 for the avocado should be refunded.
