I ordered a carryout of 3 orders of pad Thai at 2:30pm and unfortunately, one of them had hair in it. (The other orders may have had hair in it but our kids ate them before I was able to take a look.) I called at 4pm to let them know this, and the worker's response was that I should have called them earlier. I mentioned this is unsanitary, I'm concerned what my children had eaten, and I would like a refund of that pad Thai dish; instead, the server said the manager wanted to give me another pad ThaI in my next order. (We had also given them a 15% tip for a carry out order.) I asked to talk with the manager to let him know that it's hard to go back to a restaurant that had hair in their food, especially eating the same dish without thinking about it-- he didn't reach out; Sorry, we won't be coming back.

The food was savory and good. I ordered delivery and took a while. We had drunken noodles, crispy duck, badil fried rice and goong glour. The entrees had some sweating but still warm. I plan to visit the restaurant since the takeout was so good. The effort for the takeout made me think that dine-in would be even better.

Great local Thai restaurant! We had pork belly and Pad See Ew, both of which are recommended. And the service was excellent! Our only recommendation would be to make reservations if you are planning to visit during peak hours. But we will certainly be returning!

I went in with my family for lunch. The food was ok. Nothing outstanding but wasn't bad either. Staff was well behaved until we were dining in. But unfortunately as soon as we left after paying, the lady came running to us outside and asked why didn't we tip more? And above all she is preaching us that tipping is mandatory and it is by law to tip at least 10%. Seriously what kind of service and attitude is this? I regret going there now. I do have every right to even cancel whatever I tipped. But I didn't want to make a ruckus out of it in front of other customers. At least respect your customers and be happy with what they are tipping rather then begging about it and making excuses in the name of law. There is no "law" that mandates tipping.
