The most traditional and best tasting Bolivian food around, and the service is fantastic! Great food, great people, 100/10!
Good steak and eggs
The food is so-so... the wait is very long. The bad thing is the prices are excessive. They charge excessively, even for a napkin. They also charge a separate fee, which includes the service charge, on top of that. They require a tip... over 20.
its just too much
Don't walk. RUN. The pasteles de queso are to DIE for. Seriously. And get a mocochinchi while you're at it. Don't play with them, play with your mother. PERIODTT!!!
I’m always buy food from the place, but this weekend 4/12/2025 and 4/13/2025 the soup it’s taste very bad smell , and also too The potato feels like it was cooked the day before. very bad .
If you’re craving a meal that tastes like your Bolivian abuelita made it fresh from scratch, El Sabor Boliviano is the spot. Every dish here tastes like home – comforting, authentic, and full of love.
My favorite day to visit is Sunday, and my go-to order is the Pastel con Api. The pastel is a lightly fried empanada-style dough filled with melty cheese and dusted with powdered sugar….absolute perfection. It’s paired with Api, a warm, sweet purple drink made from corn (I think it’s red or purple corn), and it hits every nostalgic note.
I also highly recommend the Sopa de Kawi, a hearty bone broth soup that comes with soft rice, a large potato, chicken leg, and I think a long short rib. It’s so delicious and packed with flavor. It’s comforting and honestly the best hangover cure after a fun night out.
To drink, I always get the Bolivian lemonade – I have no idea what it’s made of exactly, but it’s so refreshing and uniquely delicious.
This is hands-down my favorite place to eat on Sundays. Do yourself a favor and check it out, your taste buds will thank you & you’ll definitely feel like taking a nap afterwards.
It's too bad that they close just like that!!! The disappointing truth!
They shouldn't say they close at 6 pm on Google maps. They do close 4pm actually. MONDAYS
IMO, this is a decent place and deserve at least 4. Food was good, clean and good service. Gracias Eliana. Good service!

The pasteles de queso and the saltenas were SO GOOD! I am so excited I discovered them. Their pasteles and saltenas are better than our go-to spot in Sterling that is 40 minutes away. Highly recommend eating the pasteles de queso fresh - in the restaurant as they come out or in the car on the way home. Cleaning up the few sprinkles of powdered sugar in your car is totally worth it! We will most definitely be back!

I won't go again, I had such a bad experience with raw food, and the waitress, who is the spoiled manager, scolded us for complaining about the raw bean nickname, and my colleague's food was cold, we practically can't complain and We must eat what they bring, if this lady who does not have good treatment and manners does not know how to serve her clients, it is better not to go.
