I feel bad for the workers and the people who wait in line for so long in the drive through over the weekends. They only have two people working late nights one in the kitchen one in the register every time I have come here for service it’s the same issue.

The restaurant was only excepting Uber Eats and DoorDash orders at the time, so I had to place a pickup order through one of those apps. However, they more than made up for it with their customer service. I could not order a cone in the app, and she went into the back to find a new pack of ice cream cones for me. Plus they gave us a free side of fries! Some of the nicest customer service I’ve experienced in years.

I went to this location at 8:26am on July 15, 2025. We pull up to the drive thru and she asks for one moment, which is fine. But 3 minutes go by without a response so we ask “Hello?” And then another minute of silence and we ask hello again. She gets on the mic “I said one moment.” And she said it in a very condescending manner. I believe this to be the manager in charge due to the collared shirt. And when we pull around to the window, she doesn’t smile, she doesn’t...
