Food is good and atmosphere as well. However, I have seen my main guy who used to take care of me. Shout out to Hector always positive and with a good attitude. I’ve been taken care of the manager but it’s not really the same as being taken care of him. I have gotten attitude problems from the manager. However everything else is great.
I would give it 3.5 Stars! Cinnamon rolls weren't that hot, and looked and tasted undercooked. The flavored icings and toppings were delicious! Little pricey. By the time I got home (maybe 20 minutes) the toppings fell over to the side lol. It does take quite awhile for the employee to mix and make the icings and put the toppings on them. The presentation was really good!
Always love our experience at Cinnaholic! The food is fresh. The staff who serve and bake are always kind and friendly. And we love that there are SO many varieties, especially for our vegan family!
