Service was really bad. We had a group at a table but I was going to the bar myself to get my beer because the waitress simply wasn't. The waitress was not busy. She didn't check on us at all, she took our order and brought are food that was the only time we saw her.
Food was very good but wouldn't go back. It took 40 minutes from when she took our drink orders to getting the beers, sodas came out in 30 minutes. Again, it was not busy this was 4pm.

Love Fatty’s Winghouse! Wings are phenomenal! Fun atmosphere for games especially! The customer service was great too! We had Baelee help our party out and she was on top of everything without even being asked! Can’t wait to go back!

This place Sucks !! I walked in and the girl behind the register stayed at the register while I went to the bar and totally ignored me. I turned around and walked out. The few people that were in there shook their heads when they seen the interaction. Will never return or recommend this place to anyone .
Of course they have responded and stated they didn’t see that in the camera video. I have no reason to lie. I do not recommend this place to anyone .

Ain’t a thang but a chickenwang…….😂😂😂 But let me tell you YES IT IS!!! Not only are these wings….they are THEEEE WINGS!!!!! If in mood for some good wings….fattys wing house is the place to go. They beat wings too, they beat Buffalo Wild Wings they beat stafford wings. I am very particular in my taste of wings, especially a really good buffalo wing. If it’s not the original buffalo NY anchor bar wing, I will really only eat my own that I’ve mastered. So taking a risk (in my opinion) I figured I try out fartys wing house. And they did not disappoint. In fact they exceeded my expectations. I ordered the buffalo as well as the garlic Buffalo flavor. They both hit the spot. From being a full bodied flavor to a perfect crisp fry, these wings fulfilled every corner of my soul 😂 I ordered for take out, the lady who took my call was super sweet and friendly so I can only imagine what service may be like. They had my food ready on time as they estimated and while walking in there, I have to say the little restaurant gave you a nice easy going quaint sports bar feel to it. Very clean very fresh. I will definitely return as I finally found a place to get good wings at. And I am going to go for dine in one Friday evening to try out some other foods of theirs. Sorry I didn’t take any pictures of the food, I inhaled my wings faster than you could say BON APETITE 😋😆
Not sure where the disconnect is. We love the food but service was lacking. I placed an order online and didn't get any confirmation the food was ready for pick up. I tried calling and while funny, the custom answering machine doesn't help. After waiting an hour. I just showed up. Food has been sitting for who knows how long as when we tried the nachos they were really cold and soggy. Winge were warm but you can tell it was sitting for a while. We will still eat here but probably just show up after 20 minutes if no communication happens. Also there are large chunks of jalapeños the crab nachos. They dont list it but beware if you give to small children

Great staff, I have eaten here a few times. Lunch and dinner times. And both times I always had great service. Kid friendly so bring the family. And enjoy your time. Or of you are 21 and over have a seat at the bar and get a drink and enjoy the company of bar tender. Very friendly in my experience. It also goes with what you bring to the table. This applies to anywhere you go. Oh and you can eat outside, nice set of tables and benches. With the weather changing it could just be a nice experience to have.

Ordered pickup, and the food was not good. At all. Easily the worst meal we've had in years. Dry, overcooked, somehow soggy at the same time, and expensive. Definitely not worth it.

Despite having a nice dining area, the food and service at fatty’s was unpleasant and nauseating. I had ordered the wagyu burger and my friend the BBQ sirloin burger. Not only were the orders messed up, but neither of us finished the meal as the burgers were overcooked and generally unpalatable. The description of the wagyu in particular boasted that it was cooked to perfection and made from wagyu beef. Neither of us could tell the burgers apart as both tasted like meat hockey pucks. This became an area of conversation after we found out that the orders were messed up and we couldn’t tell which burger was supposed to be made out of the wagyu. Bear in mind, the wagyu burger did not have a posted price on the menu but cost an additional $10 compared to their smash burger. After the partial consumption of the burgers, both of us felt nauseous even though we hardly touched our burgers. The time it took to get our orders placed and delivered was shockingly long, despite being the only customers in the store at the time. Within the hour wait, we were only offered refills for our waters when we “finished” eating and asked for the checks to leave. The checks were messed up with the items we individually ordered mixed up into the separate checks, which added to the confusion of what we had just eaten. Fatty’s has deals on their menu for nearly every day of the week for 50% off menu items. This deal is probably to help overlook the poor quality of food they serve.
