Super kind staff. Especially the ladies who have been there for many years, they always treat us like family.
Everyone that works at Giant is always super sweet. I dont think in the 20 years that I've been going to Giant that I've ever encountered a rude or unfriendly employee of the store.
The customer service at this store/pharmacy is outstanding. My transaction was with the pharmacy. I had a new prescription about a month ago. As we know, dealing with insurance companies can be hectic. This prescription caused Giant Pharmacy to go back and forth between the Doctors Office and Insurance Company several times before the pharmacy had all the correct information. They were so patient and friendly through the process. Flash forward to this month to refill same prescription - again there were changes on the drs dosage and problems still lingering from the month before. (none of this was on Giant's part). I spoke with Ebony at the pharmacy to explain a very confusing timeline. She was wonderful, understood right away and took care of it seamlessly! The next day I went to pick up the prescription and learned from Gwen (who is always so helpful) about the opportunity of getting Giant Reward points for my quite expensive prescription. As luck would have it, my bonus card was not working correctly and did not give the points. I was ok with it, but Gwen wanted to be sure I got the points due to me. Then the Betty (the pharmacist) came to help as well. Again I stated it was really ok, but they really wanted to make sure I received the points due to me. I left all my information and within two hours, they called me back twice to gather/share more information. Then Joe, the store manager called me himself to let me know he put all points on my card and to be sure to reach out to him in the future if there was an issue! WOW! Talk about going out of THEIR WAY to provide service. I wasn't even that pressed on getting the points, but THEY wanted to be sure I go what was due to me. What an excellent team! They certainly all want the absolute best for their customers!
Almost all tuna cans were dented …
Generally, you should not buy dented cans, and it's wise to not sell them either, especially if the dents are deep or near the seam. Deep dents can damage the can's airtight seal, potentially allowing bacteria like Clostridium botulinum to enter and contaminate the food, leading to serious illness or even death.

Great grocery store.
They have more organic selection. Clean and organize. I thoughtfully recommend it. Nice floral department. Well maintain. Very organize. Staff are friendly and polite.
Stop having your employees smoke near the one open entrance. I don’t want my kids and I to be hit with a nasty toxic smoke cloud everytime I come purchase groceries. It’s not a good look either.
This grocery store is quite literally GIANT!!!! Amazing variety. Clean & good service.

Ciara had amazing customer service! I mean it was out of this world! Her cheery smile and her amazing attitude, is one of the reasons I shop here! She deserves a raise immediately!!! WE LOVE CIARA!! She is always excited and ready to help!

They treated me badly, they treated my mother badly for wanting to make a transaction and she wanted to ask for help and then they refused to serve her. Later I went and when I wanted to do it they refused me, the manager was rude, and the man who served was inexperienced, I have done this process many times and this is the first time it has happened. They did not want to show me any policy that says that. He said that nobody knew me, I go at least 3 times a week, many know my daughter and now it turns out that nobody knows me. I spend my money in this place and they treat me terribly. Bad service, bad attitude, total racism.
Lily, in bakery is a gem. She has excellent customer service. Store is clean and well stocked when I visit.
Has 3 cashier and one in self check out and all prices match what u read and or on sale no guess work like some other stores
