The food is great. I ordered Papusas and soupa de Rez.Really delicious and hit the spot!They also have a little market and I was able to buy couple of giant bottles of Mexican Coca Cola which beats American coke hands down as they still use real sugar in their recipe!
This place is SUCH a hidden gem! The lady working the cashier is super friendly. I order in Spanish anytime I go but I'm sure she speaks English as well. The food is SO good. I can taste the love put into the food. I always get the carne asada meal, Carne asada tacos, Gorditas and pollo papusas. Everything comes out in a timely fashion and she even brought it to our car one day when we went to wait outside! Anytime I'm in Stafford I make it a point to stop by this place. I got the food delivered. I suggest they change the fryer oil. Everything was over cooked, burnt, except for the papusa. And the “honey” is straight up maple syrup. Maybe a bad day for them? But at least everything is made from scratch- I could tell that much. So maybe it was an off day. Change yr fryer oil guys.
