Wait is ridiculous. Person helping at window made me feel like it was annoyed had to serve me. Original recipe looks like already been eaten. Did not eat

This KFC location was not busy at all, which made the experience very pleasant. The inside looks newly renovated and is extremely clean. The service was fast with no long wait time, and the fried chicken was crispy, fresh, and delicious. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely come back again!

I used to love KFC, but this location has a lot of work to do. I decided to give it another try against my better judgment after a long time away. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited about 15 minutes—typical for this location, unfortunately. I ordered the $25 Family Feast for my family, only to reach the window and be asked if I had been told there would be a wait.
I asked how long, and was told 30 minutes. I didn’t have time to sit and wait because I had to pick up my child, so I left and planned to come back later.
About 45 minutes later, I returned. I got back in line and was told there would now be a 13-minute wait. Fine—13 minutes is better than 30. But I still ended up waiting around 20 minutes. And during that time, I watched at least five other cars drive off because of the long wait, which means you’re losing money and frustrating customers.
My issue is this: customer service and preparation need serious improvement. A 30-minute wait on top of 15 just to order is unacceptable. Coming back nearly an hour later and still having a wait is just as bad. Solution post that orders are cooked to order, or advise me at the speak of a wait not after I order and wait until I get to the window to say it.
Please get it together. This shouldn’t be the experience customers have to deal with.

The way the light skin dude screams at the other employees makes the guests feel uncomfortable, there’s no need for that.

The man doing drive thru had no clue what he was doing. Chicken was dry, was not given a fork/spoon, had to wait longer than expected.

The management of this restaurant is absolutely unacceptable. KFC the brand needs to shut this place down. Dont hire people from local area apparently. The workers don't care. But for some reason people keep shopping here. Bet if a revival chain moved in this chain would definitely loose business. Can't say its the economy. People want to spend their hard money.
There is no pride in running a business here. Windows have the same finger prints from a month ago. Obviously no one is cleaning the business. The shift managers obviously have no idea how manage the crew. It's very inconsistent. There may be one manager that cares. The rest simply don't.

Placed an order through the drive thru 19 minutes ago. I am typing this as I sit here and there are 4 cars ahead of me. This is insane! I could go steal some chickens, pluck them, deep fry them myself faster than this.

Very friendly service. Chicken was kind of soggy but still juicy and warm. Restaurant wasn't the cleanest but honestly common place for fast food establishments.

Horrible service. Unprofessional employees. Don't come to this location.
They have a hard time fixing fresh food and i have had times where i have had customizations that were not fulfilled. I got tenders and fries and both were hard and crusty. Unbelievable

Our recent experience at this KFC location was frustrating enough to warrant a review. While I don’t expect much from fast food, I do expect decent customer service, a correct order, and food that matches the price point. Unfortunately, this visit failed on all fronts.
We ordered through the app for a strips meal and an 8-piece bucket. When my wife got home, we realized several large sides were missing, and the chicken quality lack severely. While we didn’t want to find an alternative dinner option we did at least want the items we ordered.
When my wife called the store, the employee on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful, questioning my wife. While on hold, she overheard staff arguing about the mistake. When she returned to pick up the missing items the woman from the phone continued to complain about the situation, acting like our return was a burden.
While mistakes happen, the unprofessional and rude response is inexcusable. The lack of accountability and poor attitude turned a minor error into a much bigger problem. Fast food or not, basic customer service and quality control should still be expected. Sadly, this location missed the mark. Hopefully, management holds is staff to a higher standard and more accountable.

Drive thru order. Got 12 piece and number 12. Told to pull ahead. 15 min later went to check on status and they only just put in more chicken so 15 min plus time to bag and bring it out. No apologies. Just an offer for refund. Young manager claimed to not know what drive thru was doing cause he was busy on register even though he was wearing drive thru head set. Manager seemed to have audience of his friends watching in laughter and eyeing me whole time. They don’t know what they are doing here. Not professional at all. More than 30 min wait and counting. They have no intention of prompt service.

Young men told us to order online. We were done order online like not even a minute, but he told us we had to move even no car behind us.
Very unfriendly rude not hallo how you doing , nothing.
After food was 15 minutes later than the app was telling us no apology nothing.
Did not ask us if we need ketchup , hots sauce nothing.
Most unfriendly fast food drive true I have been for a while, wow. Wow
Not saying have a good day, by nothing.
That’s why there have not much business and never a line like chick file or Starbucks.
KFC always empty for that reason
