I have been going to this location for some time, the atmosphere is very appealing, and the food is above par on some parts of the menu, but the staff have mixed feelings when it comes to customer service.

I had an amazing experience at this KFC surprisingly because anytime I go to any KFC There’s always a wait the customer service is always bad and it takes forever. But at this KFC because of the manager Rashaun he made this experience great for me. He took our order made it and gave it to us promptly. He was very kind and memorable and me working in the food service it was finally great to get some good service. Thanks to him. By the way, our food was fresh and hot.

My experience with this KFC is contrary to the negative reviews. I drive through this location twice a week on average, and they are always friendly, my order is almost always correct, and the food is perfect as often as any over drive thru. Every restaurant has off days, and sometimes the chicken is a little overcooked or they give me the wrong side, but it's an anomaly in my experience. And when I find something wrong, they immediately fix it without complaint. I suppose...
