There was a point i ate her regularly. Now the incompetence and lack of customer care has become staggering. They failed no less than 5 times just to take my order last time. And the previous time I got rudely insulted by one associate just to have another jeer them on because I wanted no ice and ketchup packets. I was then forced to wait exceptionally long in a parking spot because of it. My buns were brown and wet with grease and fries cold and thrown in with no care and not a full portion. Don't waste your time, I'm never eating here again nd expressing to all I know to do the same.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. When I got home and opened it. There was nothing on it and the burger was raw. The fries were old, as they always are from this location.

Well I was not so happy in their all of the works were so nasty the past time on yesterday my lunch was cold and the bathroom Needs to be cleaner I can't believe it it was a number one place to eat at the floors Needs to be cleaned up better

Spoiler alert ; they put. NO lettuce although it said on my receipt and it said on the ticket on the burger 🫤
I was also kindly advised that it was 20 cents extra per burger for extra lettuce 🙄

The wait for someone to take your order is way to long. They cater to the drive thru more than the customers who come in. They ignore you until you say something to them.

TWICE I HAVE HAD TO TURN AROUND N GO BACK THAN ONE TIME THEY ASKED ME TO PULL UP N MY FOOD WILL BE OUT IN A FEW MINUTES..SO I DID I HAD FOOD FOR 3 PEOPLE NOT VERY HARD SPECIALLY WHEN IT'S ON THE SCREEN CAUSE THEY PUNCH IT IN AS YOU ORDER IT THAN ASK IF IT'S RIGHT !!! WELL THE MANAGER BROUGHT THE BAG OUT TO ME I ALREADY HAD THE BEVERAGES SO I TRIED TO GET HIS ATTENTION TO LET HIM KNOW I'M MISSING HALF THE MEAL UGH SO I GET OUT GO IN AND TOLD THE LADY I'M MISSING A MCDOUBLE N 4 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS SHE DIDN'T EVEN QUESTION ME SHE APOLOGIZED AND GOT THE REST OF THE MEAL SHE GAVE ME A 6 PIECE AND AGAIN APOLOGIZED...SO MY LEARNING EXPERIENCE IS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW 😊

Went through drive and ordered 2 large vanilla iced coffees. Was told to pull around because they had to wait on them. Waited additional 10 min in parking lot. Was going inside and met a young man bringing me two iced teas. I told him wrong order. He took them back and then returned to say this was vanilla iced coffees. I asked for manager. She said what is ice coffee. I said the vanilla iced coffee from your menu. They came back and handed me two of the whitest so called coffees over seen. Upon tasting it was ICED TEA! I’ve been calling them and of course they don’t answer their phone. This store is absolutely the worst for customer service and getting orders correct! THE WORST!
