The excitement of a new restaurant gone! It's comical to think that, when I visited on their first day (with many corporate people present) they still couldn't seem to get their act together. The problem with implementing automation in America is that workers could care less if they're replaced by a machine. This location is a prime example. They either want you to order by kiosk or through a mobile device. THERE IS NO SELF-SERVE SODA MACHINE in the dining area. Again, that work is done mainly by a machine in the back. The first day, my entire order was free as part of their "Opening Day Corporate Training". I will let that day slide, as they were obviously celebrating the first day and learning the ropes (plus I wasn't down financially!). The next couple of visits were torture! The second visit had "corporate" people there just chatting with each other and location employees. You know it's bad when a people in suits slack just as much as the people in a t-shirt and black khaki's. In both my second and third visits, they failed to divert their attention to the screens with my order siting there for 15+ minutes. Both times I had to flag down their attention in the back, because the front is mostly automated (and you would look crazy talking to a computer). That's the issue though! They mainly stay in the back and place the orders on the shelf. Good luck getting someone's attention if the food is missing/made incorrectly! They don't seem to care, so I will just go somewhere else. Honestly, this exit needs to get its act together and I would suggest driving elsewhere.

I ordered DoorDash from here and I can't believe how much these employees don't care about their customers. I ordered pancakes, and an egg and cheese biscuit combo. The biscuit was thrown in the bag out of its wrapping.. the pancakes have no butter or syrup packs, and there was no fork or straws for the fountain drink.. It's so frustrating!

The service here is horrible. None of the kiosk have paper for receipts. So who knows what order is what. They have more than 15 orders backed up. They ran out of eggs. It's a Saturday and there a soccer tournament!!! Workers were not helpful and overwhelmed!! Horrible experience !! Do NOT go to this place!!

Probably the worst service ever. Takes longer than a 5 star sit down, dine in restaurant. Literally ALL their employees are in the kitchen and drive thru. Don't take your order, don't make your order, don't talk to you they just don't do almost anything.

Please explain to me how this store just opened and it’s the worse McDonald’s in Stafford. The employees do not know what they are doing they walk around clueless. The managers are never any help and always have attitudes. This place is terrible they should have better trained the staff before opening this place shouldn’t even be operating. This place is NOT 24 hours they open from 5am - 10 pm

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They are so rude, will look you dead in the eye and still not acknowledge or help you when you're waiting to order or pick up food. Today, I inquired about a delivery order I'm picking up and a staff member with long hair who is pregnant got snappy with me and said "everyone is waiting on food. They're working on it ". Really disappointed to have a new McDonald's so close to my own home and it be so horrible. I'll be going the extra distance to Garrisonville or Route 1 from now on.

They didn't have enough people and the interior design was cold. With only one place to get napkins and no place to even refill your cup to get water it put a lot of pressure on the minimal staff and they couldn't keep up. The app says food will be delivered to your table, but nobody was doing that. Our orders were correct, but it took forever to get our food.

Slowest McDonald's ever. Drive through is backed up and so is the dine in. Tables full with parties waiting on orders. Also no self serve fountain drinks?? Also 2/4 kiosks are broken and my breakfast burrito was frozen. Are you kidding me. At least run the microwave machine a little longer, since it's obviously not fresh.

The staff today were uncommonly polite and attentive for a McDonald's. The food was ready quick and it has a clean and inviting atmosphere.
